There&#8217;s a little bit about it <a href=\"http:\/\/warrensiebrits.co.za\/show_07_sculptures\/00_artists.htm\">on the Siebrits site<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Still, the stuff is beautiful; is it just me, or is more and more of this kind of work being accepted as contemporary by the likes of the mainstream since Rikhotso&#8217;s Kebble win? It&#8217;s about time, and Warren Siebrits would likely be the first to agree &#8211; he&#8217;s been supporting local art that challenges traditional notions of the contemporary, and contemporary notions of the traditional, for ages.
