Some highlights include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.comminit.com\/awards2005\/awards2004\/awards-740.html\">IEEE Award in International Communication<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.comminit.com\/awards2005\/awards2005\/awards-1022.html\">Development Gateway Award<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.comminit.com\/awards2005\/awards2005\/awards-1013.html\">Tech Museum Awards<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And also some thanks to Ralph Borland, for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.immersence.com\/publications\/MPesce-3D1998-N.html\">this<\/a> really interesting link, on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.immersence.com\/publications\/MPesce-3D1998-N.html\">the work of Char Davies<\/a> &#8211; founder of SoftImage, and artist extraordinaire.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t forget that this weekend, there&#8217;s a HUGE Dumile Feni retrospective at the Johannesburg Art Gallery, 18h00 &#8211; I caught a glimpse of the amazing show being hung when I had meeting at the Museum yesterday; it&#8217;s hot. And next Saturday at 15h00, will be the interactive MA students&#8217; (@ Wits) final exhibition @ the Subsation&#8230;.
