To be released to the public on 1 October by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.struik.co.za\/People,%20Art%20&#038;%20Culture\/book.category.browse.action?id=30\">Struik Publishers&#8217; <i>people, art &#038; culture<\/i> division<\/a>, you can pre-order it now from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.exclusivebooks.com\/search\/display.php?isb=1868729877&#038;CID=struik\">exclusive books<\/a>, or (at a discount) from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.loot.co.za\/shop\/main.jsp?page=detail&#038;id=513402177153076425\">loot.co.za<\/a> (who are kinda like the South African Amazon, but with local pride, and we love them).
