MyArtSpace<\/a> is a kind of myspace\/facebook-like networked community for artists and arts workers, with online portfolios along the lines of artreview<\/a> and saatchi<\/a>, but US-side, and run by young ‘uns. Their best feature is probably their homegrown blog<\/a> and its interviews with mostly young and emerging artists. They have a few competitions in the works:<\/p>\n

The first is a joint competition with the Bridge Art Fair and the second is a free to enter art scholarship competition for art students. Both are international competitions. Also, add me to your press list if you have one so that I can post about your upcoming exhibits on the blog.<\/p>\n
