You ever get into one of those stages in life, where you feel as if you’ve "never
\nbeen this busy, and never been this bored?" I sometimes feel this way when
\nI have heaps of freelance work to catch up on (like, now – gotta pay the bills,
\nright?). I really enjoy teaching, but I do too much of it to appreciate it the
\nway I’d like to. I love writing and making art, but on the rare occasions that
\nI actually have time for these activities, I often feel forced to produce, and
\ntherefore struggle. Freelance, I do because I have to – but it wouldn’t be so
\nbad if there were less of it, and it paid more (such is capitalism, eh?).
\nIt sounds trite, but I am undoubtedly happy in the all-around. I just wish the
\nmicro-organization of [insert choice word here] allowed for less and more, a cancellation
\nof the paradox that is "busy and bored."
