It&#8217;s 5AM, South African time (note that blogger&#8217;s time stamp system<br \/>\n  does not handle non-daylight-savings countries&#8217; time very well). I&#8217;ve been up<br \/>\n  since 3. I usually only get up this early when I have heaps of work I want to<br \/>\n  do. Granted, I do have a lot of work to do, but I was <em>intending<\/em> to<br \/>\n  sleep in this morning. It&#8217;s hard to work at 3AM without a plan, ya know? I am<br \/>\n  totally wired.<br \/>\n  This is for many reasons, most already mentioned in other blogs, but one new<br \/>\n  one: Nicole and I are putting <em>another<\/em> offer on <em>another <\/em>new<br \/>\n  flat. Let&#8217;s hope this one goes through.
