Gomez de Llarena and Yury Gitman, for their cool project, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.noderunner.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>noderunner.<\/em><\/a><br \/>\nYou go guys!<br \/>\nThe war is (kind of) over, and many are still questioning <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/articles\/A15019-2003Jun4.html\" target=\"_blank\">why<br \/>\nit had to happen&#8230;<\/a> <br \/>\nAs if we did not know that <a href=\"http:\/\/www2.bostonherald.com\/news\/national\/clin06052003.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Hillary&#8217;s<br \/>\nbook may be prepping her for a 2008 presidential election?<\/a><br \/>\nNow <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washtimes.com\/national\/20030605-020917-7106r.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><em>this&#8230;<\/em><\/a><br \/>\nis what I&#8217;m saying. Headline: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washtimes.com\/national\/20030605-020917-7106r.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Liberal<br \/>\nDemocrats set to &#8216;take gloves off&#8217;<\/em><\/a> <br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/search-handle-url\/index=books&#038;field-author=Trapido%2C%20Barbara\/103-8352144-8544665\" target=\"_blank\">Trapido<\/a><br \/>\nquote to familiarize my readers with a common South African colloquialism (this<br \/>\nis a perfect description):<br \/>\n&quot;Mrs. van der Walt nods &amp; says &#8216;Ach shame&#8217; [actually spelled &#8216;Ag shame&#8217;<br \/>\nbut pronounced with the back of your throat as in Hebrew] about Lisa&#8217;s arm [slightly<br \/>\ndeformed at birth]&#8230;. When she says [this], she doesn&#8217;t mean &#8216;It&#8217;s a disgrace&#8217;,<br \/>\nbecause in the local idiom, <em>shame<\/em> means a combination of &#8216;What a pity&#8217;<br \/>\nand &#8216;Isn&#8217;t she sweet?&#8217;, so people will always say shame to babies in prams and<br \/>\nto cute little puppy dogs [or when you are feeling ill, like me].
