11 promising artists

andrew milne art

I weaseled my way into the private opening of this show at Alliance Francaise last night – and it was fantastic. We really did get to see work from a lot of names previously unknown, they were actually mostly young (and all emerging), and the show, on the whole, was made up of a diverse group of art and artists that worked really well together in the space

Some of the highlights were works and performances by Andrew Milne (aka Mr Orange, pictured), Boitumelo Donna Kukama, Alexandrea Ross and Dinkies Sithole – among others. I highly recommend checking out the public opening at their Parkview place on Moday.
