To be released to the public on 1 October by Struik Publishers’ people, art & culture division, you can pre-order it now from exclusive books, or (at a discount) from loot.co.za (who are kinda like the South African Amazon, but with local pride, and we love them). As far as I can tell, there are no listings for it (yet) on any non-south african sites.
