jo ractliffe + terry kurgan @ JAG

So, it’s not the best image in the world (above), but this is a pic from the invite for the jo ractliffe + terry kurgan show currently up at the Johannesburg Art Gallery; I finally got a quick peak at it last night. It admittedly gave me a bit more exposure to the latter’s work, but the real treat was seeing the lucidity of Ms Ractliffe. This exhibition, coupled with her work over @ Warren Siebrits (I believe I wrote about the preview on this blog before I left for my trip) prove her to be a consummate artist that deserves the widest possible exposure.
