Its called the Docupen and its a portable hadnheld scanner about the size of a pen. Its  USB plugin and you can scan anything. Check it -http://planon.com/

  2. hard to tell from the site, but i wrote to tech support to see if they can’t tell me anything. i’m guessing light sensitivy can probably be dealt with, since it’s meant to be portable (tho I may have to do some hand-coloring, which I don’t mind). I’m wondering more about turning off whatever registration software they are using, so that my performance can work as it should….
