Howdy y’all.

If you haven’t noticed, this blog has been taking a major re-shape over the last few months. Between my illness and inability to get out much (y’all know I like to blog about local art stuff, rather than how I used to post links to cool things online when I first started the blog), and the fact that Aryan has been doing his photoblog thing, this space has been made into something new.

Believe it or not, 7 weeks later, and I am still spending most of my time in bed, tho I get out to the doctor now and again. Still, I feel myself getting stronger, and am going to get there soon.

I am supposed to head out to Cape Town for some lectures at UCT next week, and then overseas for a conference. I thought this might be a good opportunity to have new things to write about, and allow the blog to re-shape again, as my and Kaganof’s styles try to morph and respond to one another…. We’ll see how it goes!

I’ve gotten some complaints that, aside from missing text, the bandwith size of the site has increased too much for many South Africans to handle, and frustrated some of my older readership - I promise to see what I can do about that when I return from my trip, in mid-august.

In the meanwhile, pls send me healthy vibes….
